Size- the final size you want your design to be sewn out at. 2. Garment Type - On what type of garment or a cap will the embroidery be stitched? 3. Fabric Type - What kind of fabric is the garment made of? 4. Backing - What type and weight of backing will be used? How many pieces? 5. Special Effects - notify us if you are planning to use any appliqué or foam for 3D designs. The price of your design is base on stitch count, the price includes scanning your artwork (or designing) if necessary, digitizing, test sewing, sending the final sew- outs scanning for your approval. If your artwork needs adjustments for digitizing, you will be notified. Any rework on quality is free of charge until you are satisfied with your designs on your side. We also have our artists to create artwork for your logo. If you don't have good artwork, our artist can fix that for you. The best way for logos is to send a file created by programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Macromedia FreeHand, and remember to create any fonts outline that are used in the design. Bitmaps must be at least 300dpi at actual size. This means the design must be scanned or created at that resolution. For realistic images such as animals or photos, high resolution bitmaps are best. We digitize keyboard alphabets and have different shapes and typefaces to chose for your reference. Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours. If rush jobs you required, the rush fee should be paid.
