HTR-600中试远红外热风定型机
HTR-600 pilot continuous infrared heat setting machine
 
简介
    该机适用在染整化验室进行烘干、定型、树脂加工烘焙、轧染烘焙和热固色等方面之试验，如树脂加工，手感测试，定型变色测试等。
Introduction:
   The machine is applied to stove, setting, resin baking, pad dyeing baking and fixation in dyeing test laboratory.
性能
    1.配备不锈钢针板架，经纬可调。在测试过程中，保持布匹结构平整。
    2.自动温度控制，准确控制测试温度，配合热风循环，确保烘箱内各部分达到设定温度。
    3.自动计时控制，模拟不同工作时间。
4.操作简易，节省时间。
Performance
  1. Equipped with stainless steel needle plate frame, jingwei adjustable. In the process of test, keep the fabric structure.
  2. Through automatic temperature control device can precise control test temperature, with heat air circulation to make sure temperature reach to the setting temperature in the machine.
  3.Automatic timing control, simulate different total set time.
  4.Easy operation, time saving.
